Product Description

Low Temp Air Source Heat Pump unit with the cooling capacity 10kW, 15kW and 20kW. With advanced EVI technology to make sure the EVI Air Source Heat Pump running in a steady condition in the low ambient temperature, even though the ambient temperature is -25degreeC. The Series Air Source Heat Pump mainly used in the place where needed heating in the low ambient temperature. With Copeland scroll compressor, with paddle flow switch. With CAREL controller. High efficiency and COP will be up to 4.5. More popular in the low temperature world.

Characteristics

01.High efficient. The application of EVI technology together with the high efficiency heat exchanger improves the heat exchanging rate.
02.Low working temperature. Units achieve optimum performance at ambient temperature as low as -25oC, ensuring 60oC hot water all year round.
03.Easy control Intelligent control system with the Carel controller makes it much easier to control your unit whenever you need.
04.EVI technology. The EVI compressor ensures the unit operate safely at low ambient temperature with higher efficiency and less noise.

05.Structure. Panels and base frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.
06.Compressor. Hermetic scroll type compressor, equipped with the crankcase heater and thermal protection with thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater mounted on rubber vibration isolators
07.Axial fan. External rotor type axial fans, equipped with single phase direct drive motors, low noise 6 poles, protection level IP54, plastic blade for low noise.
08.Evaporator. High efficiency tank type heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material. 
09.Condenser. Coils are consisting of seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins, protected with flexible plastic grill. 
10.Refrigerant circuit. Copper tube connection with charge valve, filter, sight glass, gas-liquid separator, electronic expansion valve, low pressure switch with automatic reset, high pressure switch with manual reset. The heat pump unit is completed also with 4-way valve, liquid receiver and one way valve.
11.Water circuit. Without water pump and expansion tank, but with paddle flow switch.
